  • As powerplant of unmanned aerial vehicales(UAV) and cruise missile,microturbo engine has been developing quickly in recent years.In this paper,worldwide typical series microturbo engines with thrust below 4 000 N were summarized,covering the engine development background,structure,performance parameter and equipment/weapon object,etc.The newest developed TJ100 and AT-1 500 series of turbojets with thrust weight ratio over 10 were specially introduced.Based on above,common characteristics of this type of engine were discussed,and finally,seven key technologies during engine design,testing and manufacturing were proposed and analyzed by integrating real project engineering experience.
