Design and calibration of a certain aircraft/engine's simulation board

  • To satisfy the requirement of a certain aircraf/engine's compatibility test,this paper put forward a half-experience method based on the test data of flashboard for the design of simulation board.On the basis of obtained rough contour of the simulation board and the verifying of resistance coefficient,the given flow field's low pressure range and distortion intensity on the annular surface were compared by the model's blow test.For umpty adjustments of the distortion index of the annular surface element,it makes sure the annular surface holed,numbers and sizes of the holes.The results show that this method is simple and effective.The simulation flow field meets the needs of the certain aircraft/engine's test requirement.
