Full elastic steady-state micro flow measurement system

  • The operating principle and process of a liquid micro flow measurement system using mass measurement method were presented in this paper.This micro flow measurement system was designed by elastic link method to prevent the measurement error caused by rigid pipeline.The pressure compensator in this system can improve the measurement accuracy by means of modifying the density variation caused by pressure.Five different flow rates of alcohol measurement experiments were conducted with this new micro flow measurement system.The results show that the full elastic steady mass measurement method for micro flow measurement system works steadily and reliably.It can measure the liquid micro flow rate accurately.
