Design of aerodynamic optimization shape digital model for car and it's wind tunnel test

  • Taking the least aerodynamic lift and longitudinal moment as restriction conditions,a protruding curve of aerodynamic optimization shape,namely,a projection curve of 'lifting section' on the car longitudinal symmetry section was designed; and taking machinery setting and living comfort as geometry restriction condition,an aerodynamic optimization shape with less aerodynamic drag was further created. The wind tunnel test of the shape validates the finite veracity of this method.The method can be used for forepart aerodynamic optimization of car; the result can greatly save wind tunnel test time and the outlay of aerodynamic optimization styling for car.
