Experiment of turbine disc low cycle fatigue life with additional torque

  • An experiment technology of turbine disc low cycle fatigue life(LCF) with additional torque was presented.A full-scale turbine disc test model with additional torque for an aero-engine turbine disc was fabricated and debugged,and then was tested for LCF.The test result was different remarkably from the former results on traditional method without torque,and directly validated the conclusion that torque affected LCF of dowel hole connecting disc and shaft.
