Calculation and analysis of film thickness for slipper pair and valve plate pair in fuel piston pump

  • The flow features of the slipper pair and valve plate pair were studied in consideration of the influence of the squeezing effect and wedge effect of the films,and then the differential equations of the variation of the film thickness for these two pairs were established.By solution of this equation,the cycle variation laws of the film thickness both for slipper pair and valve plate pair were further obtained,hence the defects of traditional hydrostatic bearing were compensated.
