The characteristics of heat transfer and flow resistance in turbine blade cooling channel were studied experimentally with use of vapor heating method, which could provide the experimental model with equivalent wall temperature boundary condition. The experiments were carried out under the condition that the Re was 10 000~60 000.The experiment models adopted the structure of crossed-ribs,pin-fins and longitudinal dividers. The outside wall was divided into ten regions and the condensation vapor of the regions was gathered to get the local heat transfer coefficient. The results show that the crossed-ribs channel could lead to better heat performance than the pin-fins channel. The results also show that,in the case of Re<30 000,the structure with the best general heat transfer performance is crossed-ribs channel of 0612,and in the case of Re>30 000,the best one is crossed-ribs channel of 0412.
