Performance simulation analysis for a hydrogen-rich / oxygen-rich shear coaxial gas-gas injector

  • Based on orthogonal experiment design method,the design parameters of a hydrogen-rich/oxygen-rich shear coaxial gas-gas injector,including the ratio of the oxidizer pressure drop to the combustor pressure(Dp),the ratio of the fuel velocity to the oxidizer velocity(Rv),and the oxidizer post tip wall thickness(Wo),were combined.The flow field of the single injector combustor was simulated.The influences of the injector design parameters and the interaction of the parameters on the combustion performance and heat load performance were studied.Evaluation indexes include:combustion length (Lc),average gas temperature on combustion chamber wall (Tw) and average gas temperature on the injection faceplate (Tf).The results show that,the influence of Rv on the combustion performance and the heat load performance is remarkable.The influence of the interaction of Dp and Rv on the combustion performance and heat load is obvious.The results can provide reliable criterion for the gas-gas injector experiment design.
