Strategy of thermo-structure coupled computation for composite nozzle

  • Temperature field on flow and heat transfer process for composite nozzle was simulated based on fluid-structure coupled method.While the interface program of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element method (FEM) were complied,the temperature load and mechanical data transfer was realized rapidly.Then a strategy of thermo-structure coupled computation for composite nozzle was put forward.Direct constraint procedure solved the boundary nonlinear problem caused by carbonization of component interfaces under high temperature.The results show that temperature field computation by coupled method is reasonable and the boundary nonlinear problem has strong influence on the deformation character and stress fields.
