Approximate model-based optimum design for wall temperature of floatwall

  • In order to realize better cooling effect for the floatwall structure,optimization study about the floatwall's wall temperature was performed;approximate model and genetic algorithm were combined;and the optimization method was developed and applied to the floatwall's wall temperature optimum design under a certain aerodynamic parameter.The results show that,the average temperature of the floatwall decreases by 2.4%.At the same time,according to the approximate model constructed,this paper analyzed the wall temperature's changing rules of the geometric parameters,and gained the changing rules of the aperture and the pitch of impact.The results show that:under the size constraints and aerodynamic parameters selected in this article,the cooling effect gets better with the enlargement of the film hole diameter,or with the reduction of the impaction hole diameter and the reduction of the pitch of impact.
