Simulation technique for the high temperature components in aero-engine

  • The method to simulate the air system of jet engine was studied,and new approach was applied into the combined fluid area and solid area to predict the characteristic of high temperature components and the cooling air system of jet engine.The conservation equations of solid components and the cooling air system were solved in a coupled manner.The method was validated and then was applied to predict the characteristics of turbine disk in engine,and meanwhile the comparison between the simulated results from the strongly coupled method and the weakly coupled method was worked out.
