Experimental verification on bidirectional sequential method to solve dynamical response caused by aerodynamic loads

  • An experimental system was erected to verify the precision of bidirectional sequential method of solving dynamical responses of blades caused by aerodynamic loads.The following results were obtained by comparison of calculation and experiment.Bidirectional sequential method is suitable for solving dynamical response of blades both in resonance state and in nonresonant state.The calculation results are correct in illuminating the vibration response both in time domain and in frequency domain.Bidirectional sequential method has a good calculation precision on solving vibration displacement and vibration stress whose relative errors are less than 40%.The method could satisfy the demands of most engineering problems.
