Experimentation on nitrogen-enriched characteristics of on-board hollow fibre membrane

  • The experimentation and analysis of on-board hollow fibre membrane,which were jointly designed by a technic center,were systemically implemented by ground condition simulation.Results show that:(1) the oxygen concentration descends with input pressure increasing,ascends with input flux arising,and then is basically independent of the temperature of input air;(2) the oxygen concentration increases with the output flux gained,especially under the low pressure of input air;(3) the effect of height above sea level on the nitrogen-enriched performance of the membrane is light.The formula of nitrogen-enriched performance was found by multielement regression and validated by the comparison of experimental results.
