Experimental investigation on the stall process of a transonic compressor rotor

  • An experiment with static and dynamic acquisition were carried out on a transonic compressor rotor at three rotating speed.The analysis was performed on the original signal,the FFT(fast Fourier transform)and the wavelet method.The results show that the stall inception is spike type of whole span.Only one stall cell exists in the flow field,the spreading direction of which is the same as the rotor rotating.And the relative rotating speed of the stall cell decreases when the rotor speed increases.
