Effect of various fuels used on turbocharger experiment

  • Effect of various fuels used in gas generator on the performance of turbocharger was investigated by theoretical analysis and experiment.The results show that in the turbine test,the performance of the turbine is uncertain due to the uncertain water capacity of the alcohol fuel.The combustion products lead to extra corrosion of turbine components,which is a hidden danger to the turbine.The petrol can lead to certain turbine performance and the corresponding test result can provide evidence for the improvement of turbine performance.
