Life scatter factor method based on any two pieces of experimental information

  • Life scatter factor method based on any two pieces of experimental information was proposed in order to avoid the situation that the technology life was lower and wasted,which was caused by the worst result made for accidental factors.The calculation formulas of the life scatter factors based on any two pieces of experimental information of small sample logarithm normal distribution were deduced,and the life scatter factors were calculated with the given confidence level.The numerical example shows:the technology life based on the method and the life scatter factor is close to the technology life based on the traditional median life,and the new method is logical.The application of the method was given in the end.
