Research on oil-air multiphase flow of spray lubrication of aero spur gears

  • Aiming at the transient flow state of the spray lubrication process to aero spur gears,the mesh process and lubrication state of aero spur gears with spray lubrication were firstly analyzed,and the math model of oil-air multiphase flow which was suitable for the spray lubrication of gears was established.Then the numerical model of the multiphase flow was established and the results were obtained,which included the oil-air ratio and the entrance pressure at every mesh point and their changes with the mesh process.The precies flow parameters and pressure boundary conditions to the elastohydrodynamic lubrication and mixed lubrication analysis of the aero spur gears are shown.
