Experiments of heat transfer characteristics for swirl microchannel under acceleration environment

  • The experiment of heat transfer characteristics in rectangular cross section swirl microchannel test pieces under acceleration environment was conducted with ethylene glycol solution of 30%(volume concentration),and the acceleration environment was simulated in test by centrifugal acceleration test machine.Heat transfer characteristics of swirl microchannel under different acceleration environment situations were investigated with various conditions of fluid flux and heating power,and the influencing factors were analyzed.The results show that,the acceleration direction has significant effect on the heat transfer of swirl microchannels,and the ability of swirl microchannel against the influence is as larger as the Dean number get higher.
