Genetic algorithm model-based optimization for float-wall with thermal-structural coupled

  • Taking the float-wall as the object of study,combined genetic algorithm with exhaustive search,the thermal-structure coupling optimization of float-wall was researched by the way of two-step progression.Using genetic algorithm to carrying out install position optimization;then,using exhaustive search to optimize the thickness and the bolt diameter.A float-wall has more excellent capability was obtained;the stress index was decreased by 22.77%.The results show that the optimal technology applied in optimal design of float-wall is effective and reasonable.
