双圆弧串列叶栅流动性能的试验研究
EXPERINENTAL INVESTIGATION ON FLOW PERFORMANCE OF TANDEM BLADE CASCADES WITH DOUBLE CIRCULAR ARC PROFILES

摘要: 本文研究了三种不同弦长比、弯度比的双圆弧串列叶栅,并改变其轴向位移和周向位移等参数,在M1=0.3,Re=2×105下进行了吹风试验。得到了该叶栅的主要流动特性,如气流转角△β和气流流动损失系数ω,随气流攻角i的变化关系;找出最佳工作状态下的主要几何参数变化范围。并将试验结果绘制成图表和曲线,供设计压气机串列叶片时参考。Abstract: Wind tunnel experiments have been made with 24 types of tandem blade cascadeswith different geometrical parameters. Under the conditions that the inlet Mach number is 0.3 and the Reynolds number is 2.7 x 105,the main flow characteristicsof tandem cascades have been obtained, and the operation ranges of main geometrical parameters under optimum conditions have been found.
