圆筒燃烧室紊流流场数值研究

摘要: 计算方法 本方法不需解压力修正方程,而是通过速度散度余量修正迭代法使连续方程直接得到满足。紊流模型采用k-ε模型,壁面处理采用无滑流固壁条件,避免复杂的壁面函数计算。对燃烧室内火焰稳定器,无论是圆盘或锥形都采用简单的取除格子法,从而大大简化计算程序。同样算例本方法所用计算语句只是SIMPLE算法的1/4~1/3。Abstract: A two-dimensional transient finite difference technique has developed to predict recirculation zones behind bluff body f lameholder in a cylindrical combustor. For turbulent flow simulation,the two-equation k-e turbulent model has been comprised in a simple computer program. The governing equations consist of continuityequation,momentum equation, turbulent kinetic energy equation and turbulentkinetic energy dissipation rate equation. The calculations show that the dimensionlesslength L/d of recirculation zones and the maximum mass flow rate Mr/Mo increase with the flameholder cone angle a. The results are infair agreement with experimental data. Therefore,the transient time-marching method employedin this paper is quite simple and reasonable.
