涡轮叶片前腔流动模拟实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON FLOW IN INTERNAL COOLING STRUCTURE OF TURBINE BLADE LEADING EDGE

摘要: 本文对某一典型涡轮叶片的模拟件(称503)进行了内部流动模拟实验,根据实验结果对模拟件进行了某些结构上的改进(称503-Ⅰ及503-Ⅱ),从而使气膜孔流量分布的均匀性得到改善。实验目的是为了了解该叶片前腔内气流流动规律,探索气膜孔流量分布的调控技术,这对冷却空气量更有效的利用很有意义。为了突出内部流动结构本身对流动的影响,本实验暂不考虑叶片外流压力分布的影响,即实验中模拟件处于大气反压之下。Abstract: The flow in the internal cooling structure of the leading edge of certain real turbine blade was simulated experimentally. It is found that about more than one third of the area of each impingement hole is actually useless, and the flow distribution of the film-cooling holes is remarkably affected by the relative location between the film-cooling holes and the impingement holes.
