高速转子支承阻尼系统减振特性试验研究
AN EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON DAMPING OF HIGH-SPEED ROTOR-SUPPORT-SQUEEZE-FILM DAMPER SYSTEM

摘要: 本文首先介绍了该类阻尼器动力特性的主要试验结果,这些重要结果为阻尼器的设计应用奠定了基础;双稳态跳跃现象刻划了阻尼器的高度非线性特点,实验结果展示了同心型和非同心型阻尼器的双稳态跳跃过程和以是否发生质心转向来判别双稳态跳跃和临界转速的振幅突变;为考察阻尼器的结构完整性,作了实机寿命试车,256小时的长期试车证明,挤压油膜阻尼器不但具有良好的减振效果,而且经得起在恶劣工况下的长期试车的考验。Abstract: The main experimental outcomes of this damper system(SFD) are introduced, which has laid a foundation for design application. Bistable jump depicts deep nonlinearity of SFD. Experimental results demonstraue the bi-stable jumpings of both centralized and uncentralized SFD systems and illustrate that the jump can be distinguished from an abrupt amplitude change of critical speed according to whether the mass center of the disc rotates to the opposite direction. In order to examine the structural integrity of SFD, a 256 hours life-test has been carried out. It is shown that the SFD not only exhibits quite good damping effect, but also stands the long-time test under severe working conditions.
