摘要: 本文将“局部应力应变法”用于涡轮叶片寿命预测的几个主要环节,经验证明,这个方法是预测构件(不仅限涡轮叶片)寿命的有力工具,无论在设计或确定现有装置的工作可靠性方面,都会起很大作用。最后指出,要实际应用到发动机或其它复杂装置上时,尚有一些障碍(例如载荷谱和应力分析手段的效率和费用)有待解决。Abstract: The major factors affecting life prediction of turbine blade are discussed, i.e. fatigue life data of materials employed and stress and strain analysis of the blade, which in turn is governed by constitutive relation of the materials, temperature distribution within the blade and its boundary conditions, and also dependent on finite element analysis technique. The emphasis is placed on the influence of material's constitutive relation under cyclic loading on the life prediction and the problems encountered in determining the transient temperature field of the turbine blade under thermal cycling. It is shown that the life prediction components by "Local Stress-Strain Approach" can narrow its scattered band down to + 50%.
