ADJUSTMENT OF RATIO OF ROTATION SPEED DIFFERENCE IN A TWIN-SPOOL TURBOJET ENGINE

摘要: 本文分析了双转子涡喷发动机转差的概念和作用,指出转差的大小将影响高低压压气机的稳定工作裕度和高压转子的转速n2与涡轮前燃气温度T3的匹配问题。本文提出如何正确调整转差,其结果与实际台架试车数据基本符合。此外,还提供转差对推力、单位燃油消耗率、n2和T3的影响关系,可供实际应用参考。Abstract: Analyzing the concept and the function of the ratio of rotation speed difference in a twin-spool turbojet engine indicates that the ratio has an effect on the surge margins of the high and low pressure compressors and the match between the speed of high pressure compressor and the inlet gas temperature. It is proposed how to adjust the ratio of rotation speed difference reasonably. The results of the adjustments made by us are shown in good agreement with the trial run data. In addition, the effects of the ratio on the thrust, specific fuel consumption, speed of high pressure compressor and turbine inlet gas temperature are also considered.
