雾化槽液膜厚度试验研究

摘要: 雾化槽所特有的液膜翻越现象,使液膜在运动中其面积不断扩大,厚度不断减小,在失稳雾化时,产生良好的雾化效果(工作过程见图1)。因此,了解液膜的分布,测量液膜的厚度和波动,对掌握雾化槽的雾化机理,确定液膜变化与雾化质量的关系,具有重要的意义。但由于液膜翻越造成测试上的困难,以往的研究工作均未对雾化槽的液膜厚度进行测量。本文利用电阻导纳法,测量了雾化槽的液膜厚度和波动频率。Abstract: In order to find out the fuel distribution on the surface of the atomizing channel, the resistance sensor are used for measurement of the liquid film thickness. The principle of the measurement is described. The thickness and the wave frequence of the liquid film on the surface of the atomizing channel have been measured in the conditions of different air velocities, widths of the channel, injection pressure and diameters of nozzles.
