HEAT TRANSFER IN A WEDGED PIN-FINNED PASSAGE WITH PRESET PERFORATED PLATE

摘要: 本文介绍了高温涡轮导向叶片中一种高效尾部冷却结构的传热和阻力实验研究。在带8行叉排扰流柱的楔形弦向冷却通道, 前面设置孔板及长圆截面的导流柱体, 靠近出口处也有导流柱体。Abstract: An experimental research on enhanced cooling of gas turbine blades are presented,based on scaled up model heat transfer tests.The air from the radial inlet channel passes through the perforated plate and is forced into the pin-finned wedged passage with a dip angle of 3°52′ and initial width 18 6mm.At a distance 9mm from the plate is located a guide pillar row with the oval cross section and then 8 pin-fin rows.
