航空齿轮振动的粘弹阻尼控制
GEAR VIBRATION CONTROL WITH VISCOELASTIC DAMPING MATERIAL IN AEROENGINE

摘要: 本文进行了齿轮振动的粘弹阻尼控制研究, 文中进行了自由阻尼层结构的力学特性分析, 进行了阻尼材料位置与形状大小的优化研究, 以最小的附加质量获得最佳的振动效果。本文还进行了模型齿轮的实验研究, 结果表明, 齿轮辐板振动的粘弹阻尼控制对齿轮的振动有相当满意的控制效果, 表明这一方法是可行的, 也是有进一步研究意义的。Abstract: A research on gear vibration control with viscoelastic damping material has been completed.A technique for determining the optimum damping material distribution for some particular modes of vibration has been developed.The damping work expressions have been set up by modal analysis,and the optimum damping material distribution has been obtained by calculating the individual mode of the structural.The proposed method features:firstly,it takes into account the influence of loading frequency and the environment temperature;secondly,it cuts down computer time.The experiments have been done for the gear model without and with the damping material.The results show that the response of the gear with the damping material is decreased and the damping ratios are increased.It is also testified that the results of the vibration control are satisfactory.
