SIMULATION CACULATION AND ANALYSIS OF STEADY ERRORS IN A NONLINEAR SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM

摘要: 当输入量较小时(Z≤C1),稳态误差ess与Δno成正比关系。这是由于输入量较小时,当系统受干扰量作用下的整个调节过程中,反馈活塞即非线性活门的位移量Z始终小于死区C1,中腔C油路始终关闭,因而随动活塞和反馈活塞象一个刚性活塞一样,以同一速度和方向运动。在这种情况下,非线性控制系统实际上相当线性比例反馈系统,对系统阶跃响应是有误差的。Abstract: A method of the digital simulation is used to analyse the steady characteristics of the nonlinear speed control system with dead zone and saturation in detail.The correlations of the system steady errors with the dead zone,ramp segment,saturation and disturbance are considered separately.It is pointed out that the steady errors are essential in the nonlinear control system substantially.According to the characters of the system in the whole control process.There are three feedbacks:First is proportion/velocity/proportion feadback,second is proportion and velocity feedback.
