轮盘变幅循环疲劳寿命预测法

摘要: 本文介绍了基于局部应力应变法的轮盘变幅低循环疲劳寿命预测系统。通过试验和理论研究改进了局部应力应变寿命估算法, 使之具有高的工作效率和较好的寿命预估精度。所提出的应用光滑棒预测轮盘变幅低循环疲劳寿命的方法具有较好的精度, 方法简便。本文建议应用变幅循环的结果确定轮盘的可靠性寿命比 EGD- 3[1] 的方法更科学、更可靠。Abstract: This paper describes our variable amplitude LCF life prediction system based on the strain fatigue theory.The local stress strain method modified by us is more accurate than the conventional local stress strain method,This method is provided for disk life design.The presented system is also capable of accurate prediction of the variable amplitude LCF life according to the statistic data of smooth round bar specimen LCF lives to failure,so it is quite a convenient and simple experimental estimation method.Finally,the new method used in the presented system for detemining the reliability life of rotating disks is better than the method in EGD 3 stress standard.
