正交各向异性材料、异型孔气冷叶片三维弹性应力分析

摘要: 本文介绍了正交各向异性材料、异型孔气冷叶片三维弹性应力分析的计算方法, 并给出了一个真实的气冷涡轮叶片的计算结果及分析。为了适应气冷涡轮叶片内型孔复杂, 材料为定向凝固结晶和内外壁温度差比较大的特点, 文中采用分段线性和非线性的假设划分单元, 形成几何模型和力学模型, 采用坐标变换法建立单元的弹性矩阵, 并且采用分段线性插值法考虑温度对材料特性的影响。本文对方法和程序的正确性进行了验证, 而且将这种方法和程序应用到工程设计中。实践证明, 方法和程序可靠, 精度满足工程上的要求。Abstract: A three dimensional elastic stress analysis method is provided for air cooled turbine blades of orthotropic material with contoured passages.The analytical results are presented for a real air cooled turbine blade.The sectional linear and nonlinear assumptions are adopted to divide a blade into elements and to form the geometrical and mechanical models,the coordinate transformation is employed to set up an elastic matrix of the elements,and the sectional linear interpolation is used to consider the effect of the temperature on the blade metal,so as to calculate the directionally solidified air cooled turbine blades with complicated contoured passages and the high temperature differences between the inner and outer walls.The method and the program have been verified and the accuracy could meet the requirements of engineering.
