摘要: 本文采用准则法和数学规划法相结合的方法成功地解决了固体火箭发动机喷管座和壳体接头组合结构的优化设计问题,为减轻结构质量,为寻求喷管座最佳型面和尺寸提供了有价值的方法和结论。以现有某结构为例,经过优化设计,质量降低 16.35%,明显地提高了发动机质量比。Abstract: The optimal design of the combined structure of nozzle conic support and case joint is completed by means of a mixed method of optimality criterion method and mathematic programming method.A valuable method and helpful conclusions are supplied for decreasing structural mass and optimizing shape of nozzle support.Calculation of practical examples shows that the multi conic support is better than single conic one especially a short shell near the flang is approximate to cylindrical shell which can decrease the stress peak efficiently.The thicknesses of the shells and the flange,the thickness and the width of the case joint are dereased magnificently,therefore the overal mass of the structure is cut down by 16.35%.
