HOLOGRAPHIC VIBRATION MEASUREMENT OF DISC-BLADE COUPLING IN HIGH-SPEED ROTATION

摘要: 介绍了一种高速旋转条件下,盘/片(耦合)振动的新试验技术—用全息干涉术与图象消转技术结合对航空发动机盘/片组合件进行振动特性试验研究。结果表明,运用这种方法记录的动态构件的全息图与振动理论分析和频谱记录的结果相符合,可望为新机设计和航机排故提供有效的测试手段。Abstract: A new measuring technique is presented which combines holographic interferometry and image derotation to determine the behaviour of disc blade coupling vibration during high speed rotation.The measuring technique and its optical system have been verified by the test of a model circular disc.The primary test results of a real disc blade coupling are given which show the obtained holograms of rotating members to correspond to the results of vibration theory analysis and frequency spectrograms.Therefore,it is possible to expect this technique to be an effective testing measure for aeroengine designing and troubleshooting.
