摘要: 提出了新的高性能旋转四坐标全电动探针位移机构的设计技术要求指标。对设计中几个主要技术关键的处理做了分析论证。介绍了旋转探针支架必然碰到的平衡、抑制变形和扭转振动问题的解决措施。总体层次布局和旋转机构局部结构的正确处理原则,是整个设计过程的基础。鼓筒探针通道的钢带分隔密封装置完善地解决了探针通道分隔密封问题。Abstract: A mechanism fully controlled by computer and stepping motor can move a probe in four axes (Null,Radial,Tangential and Axial) for completing flow measurement inside the rotor passage of the turbomachine during rotation.The mechanism can also move the probe for flow measurement inside the stator passage as a fixed one.The technical characteristics,principle of operation,construction design and running balance of the mechanism are discussed in detail.
