低发热量煤气燃烧实验研究

摘要: 本文介绍了燃气涡轮发动机燃烧室燃用 2 50 0 k J/ NM3以上的低发热量煤气的试验结果。对燃烧室不同结构和不同煤气热值下的燃烧性能进行了探索。试验表明,该航机改型燃烧室具有燃烧稳定、燃烧效率高、点火可靠、出口温度分布均匀及 CO排放量低等特点。Abstract: Experimental investigation of an gas turbine combustor adapted to coal gas with heat value over 2500kJ/Nm 3 has been completed at all operation conditions.Test results show that the configuration of the chamber head with double swirlers provides high combustion efficiency and wide stable operation range when excess air coefficient of head ( α 1 ) is in the range of 0 731 to 0 925.Carbon monoxide emission is confined within the required limits.
