桨刀对螺桨增效降噪的试验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON PROPELLER FENCE FOR EFFICIENCY ENHANCEMENT AND NOISE REDUCTION

摘要: 某 3叶螺桨模型在桨叶叶尖半径 88%处的弦向位置安装桨刀, 以分隔叶面径向流和环向流的交互影响, 阻止桨尖附面层的分离和涡旋的形成。在风洞中进行了带桨刀与不带桨刀的对比试验。结果表明, 在试验范围内的等值进距比 J条件下, 带刀的螺桨效率提高 (1 .9~ 4.9), 噪音下降 1 .3~ 2 .0 d B左右。Abstract: Three blades scale model propellers with and without propeller fence along the chord direction at 88% tip blade radius are compared experimentally in the wind tunnel in respeet of aerodynamic and acoustic characteristics.Their rotational speeds vary between 1500rpm to 3000rpm.Experimental results indicate that under conditions of identical advance ratio J the efficiency of the propeller with propeller fence is enhansed 1 9%~4 9% and its lower noise level is reduced 13~20dB.It is shown that the propeller fence is one of effective measures to increase efficiency and to decrease noise of propellers.
