摘要: 本文介绍了一种涡喷发动机涡轮盘表面温度的“热电偶 -滑环引电器”测量方法, 并对测试精度进行讨论。采用这种方法, 不仅充分地利用了滑环引电器的有效通道, 更重要的是能使测得的盘面温度更真实可信。此方法适用于各种旋转金属部件的表面温度测量。文中对如何解决测温电偶的敷设、滑环引电器的冷却及涡轮转子的平衡等工程和测试中的实际问题也作了扼要介绍本文介绍了一种涡喷发动机涡轮盘表面温度的“热电偶 -滑环引电器”测量方法, 并对测试精度进行讨论。采用这种方法, 不仅充分地利用了滑环引电器的有效通道, 更重要的是能使测得的盘面温度更真实可信。此方法适用于各种旋转金属部件的表面温度测量。

Abstract: A new method of temperature measurement with a single wire thermocouple-slip ring system is first introduced to measure the surface temperature of the turbine disks in the turbojet engines and the accuracy of this method is considered in this paper.In this case the limited channels of the lip ring are fully utilized and the measured surface temperatures of the disk are actual and believable enough.The problems in its application such as the installation of the thermocouples,the cooling of the slip ring and the balance of the turbine rotor with this system are also discussed briefly. -
