航空发动机减速系统的动力分析

摘要: 以某型航发减速传动系统为研究对象,针对齿轮啮合传动系统的结构特点,把子结构分析法和结构动力修改再分析结合起来。综合时,从结构修改的观点出发,来考虑各子结构对接界面上的对接条件,认为综合系统是各子结构无耦合时系统的一个结构修改,从而求得整个结构系统的动力特性。既保留了子结构分析法优点,而处理子结构间的对接条件比子结构分析法更方便。Abstract: A new technique of structural dynamic analysis especially for analysis of gear drive system has been developed,which combines the principle of substructure analysis with the idea of structure modification.Meanwhile the gear stiffness model about the de grees of the freedom of the structure node in which the gear relation exists has also been established.It has the advantages of both the method of substructure analysis an d vibration reanalysis of modified structure.The natural frequencies and modes calculated by the program written by author are in quite good agreement with the results calculated by finite element method.
