复杂非圆管流动与换热特性实验研究
AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON FLUID FRICTION AND HEAT TRANSFER IN COMPLEX NONCIRCULAR PASSAGES

摘要: 本文研究了 S型这一非圆通道, 得到了其流动特性, 平均换热特性和局部换热特性的准则方程。发现由于其几何形状复杂, 不但很难确定其定型尺寸, 而且带来了流动和换热情况的复杂性, 构成一个“多尺度”、“多流态”问题。Abstract: Due to the effect of centrifugal force in an operating turbine,the passage between the tenon of blade root and the mortise of the disk is formed as complex noncircular flow passage.The characteristics of flow friction and heat transfer in this kind of noncircular passages are investigated experimentally.It is discovered that the "multiple flow states" occur in the noncircular passages and some special features exist in the flow friction and heat transfer characteristics.The criteria of the flow friction and heat transfer are obtained for this case.
