摘要: 本文选用航空发动机涡轮叶片用正交各向异性材料 DZ2 2在不同温度下进行蠕变三阶段试验, 拟合出能反映三阶段蠕变的本构方程。利用试验结果验证了有限元程序分析正交各向异性材料蠕变的有效性。然后, 针对气冷叶片的特点, 探讨多孔构件的简化蠕变有限元分析方法。经对密布小孔板状试件的试验与有限元对比分析, 两者结果吻合较好。Abstract: Experiments on tension creep behavior of the ortho-anisotropic material DZ-22 have been performed at 750℃,850℃ and 900℃.This material is applied to directionally-solidified air-cooled turbine blade.A constitutive equation of the creep is formlated by fitting with the experimental data.The equation shows three stages of the creep behavior.Effectiveness of the FEM analysis for the creep behavior of the ortho-anisotropic material is proved by the experimental results.Then,in consideration of the features of the air-cooled blade,a simplified FEM is presented for analysis of the creep of a multiholed component and is proved by the creep experiments with densely multiholed plate specimens.
