中心进气的旋转盘平均换热特性研究
A NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF SPANWISE MIXING IN MULTI-STAGE AXIAL-FLOW COMPRESSOR

摘要: 实际发动机的气冷涡轮盘结构被简化成具有中心进气的旋转盘模型, 以实验方法研究了旋转雷诺数Re、进气流量系数Cw、间隙比G和出气间隙比Gs对旋转盘表面平均换热特性的影响。在本实验范围内, Re较大时, 它对盘面的Nu有较为明显的影响;Cw的增大会提高转盘表面的换热能力;G和Gs对盘面的Nu影响较小。根据实验结果给出了一个计算旋转盘表面平均对流换热系数的经验关系式。Abstract: Abstract By incorporating contributions of the under/over turning attributed to secondary flow,through flow calculations of spanwise mixing for S2 stream surface are accomplished on the basis of a turbulent diffusion model.The Gallimore-Cumpsty mixing model and the Baldwin-Lomax turbulent model are employed respectively to estimate the effects of turbulent diffusion.The deviation angle is predicted according to Carter′s 2D rule with addition of Robert′s correction model.The method mentioned above is applied to two 3 stage axial flow compressors.The calculated results are closer to the test data than those of Gallimore and Adkins-Simth′s mixing calculations.
