多级轴流压气机展向掺混的数值模拟
A FINITE ANALYSIS SOLUTION OF VISCOUS COMPRESSIBLE TURBULENT FLOW IN A CASCADE

摘要: 在紊流扩散模型的基础上, 通过引入二次流造成的气流过转折/欠转折影响, 完成了S2流面的展向掺混数值模拟。分别用Galimore-Cumpsty掺混模型或Baldwin-Lomax紊流模型计及紊流扩散的作用;落后角的预估在二维Carter公式基础上引入了Roberts二次流修正模型。应用上述方法对两台3级轴流压气机进行了计算。计算的出口总温、总压等参数与实验较吻合, 与其他单独考虑紊流扩散和二次流效应的掺混计算结果比较表明了本文方法的有效性。Abstract: Abstract A finite Analysis Method is further extended to numerical calculation of viscous compressible turbulent flow on the basis of experience of incompressible turbulent flow calculation.The viscous compressible turbulent flow fields in a single and a tandem cascades with Mach number up to 0 72 are numerically studied in a curvilinear coordinate system by means of the Finite Analysis Method.The study shows that the Finite Analysis Method has good numerical stability and accuracy,and it is suitable for viscous compressible turbulent flow calculation.
