弯曲混合管引射系统气动特性实验研究
TECHNICAL NOTES A PRELIMINARY EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON AERODYNAMIC CHARATERISTICS IN EJECTOR WITH CURVED MIXING DUCT

摘要: 对波瓣喷管和圆喷管与弯曲混合管匹配的引射系统内流气动特性进行了实验研究, 结果表明:(1)与圆喷管相比, 波瓣喷管可以将系统的引射能力提高约100%, 混合管出口的峰值温度降低近10%, 而两者的总压损失几乎是一致的;(2)因弯曲引起的二次流及主流冲击弯曲壁面的扩散影响, 混合管椭圆形排气口的长轴方向, 尾缘温度明显地高于前缘温度;而在短轴方向, 温度分布呈马鞍形状。Abstract: Abstract A preliminary experimental study on aerodynamic characteristics of internal flow in ejector composed of curved mixing duct and lobed nozzle or round nozzle is presented in this paper.The results show that:(1)in comparison with the lobed nozzle,its ejector pumping efficiency is enhanced up to about 100% and the relative temperature peak value at its mixing duct exit is cut down to about 10% whereas the total pressure loss is almost the same.(2)due to the generation of the secondary flow induced by curved duct and the spreading effect caused by the primary flow impingement to curved walls,the temperature near the trailing edge is obviously higher than that near the front edge at the major axes of elliptical mixing duct exit,while the temperature distribution takes a saddle shape at the minor axes.
