有过冷时圆柱体的熔解研究

摘要: 本文通过引入新的温度分布表达式, 研究了有过冷影响时圆柱体外固体的熔解问题, 得到了简单而有效的近似分析解。该方法分析过程简单、直观, 所得结果与数值计算结果符合得较好, 亦可求解大过冷度和大Stefan数的相变问题, 十分适合于工程分析计算。Abstract: Abstract A new model of temperature distribution is proposed as a solution for melting of a subcooled solid surrounding a circular cylinder.The simple expressions for the position of phase change interface are derived as a function of time.By comparison,the results are in a good agreement with numerical solutions.The present method is simple and perceivable.The method is valid for phase change problems at large Stefan numbers and different boundary conditions.The results show that the subcooling has a distinct effects on the melting processes,the liquid layer thickness of circular cylinder subcooled is less than that without subcooling,even only a fraction of that at deep subcooling and long melting time,the subcooling also enlarges the difference between cylinder and plane meltings.
