弯叶扩压叶栅壁面静压分布实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON SURFACE STATIC PRESSURE DISTRIBUTIONS IN CURVED-BLADE COMPRESSOR CASCADE

摘要: 在零冲角下, 对常规直叶片、正倾斜和正弯曲叶片组成的3种平面扩压叶栅的叶片表面和端壁静压分布及相应的出口流场进行了实验研究, 实验表明叶片正弯曲可得到叶片表面上沿叶高的C形压力分布, 叶片倾斜和弯曲可消除壁角区低能流体的堆积, 降低端部损失, 延缓壁角失速, 改善叶栅气动性能。Abstract: The static pressure distributions on endwalls and blade surfaces and the corresponding outlet flow for straight、leaned and curved blades of plane axial compressor cascades at 0° incidence were measured in detail.The experimental results show that C-shape static pressure distribution can be obtained on the blade surface of the curved blades along blade height.Blade leaning and curving can eliminate piling up of low energy fluid in the blade corner,cut down the endwall losses,retard corner stalling,and improve cascade aerodynamic characteristics.
