评估周向槽机匣处理扩稳效果的新指标
A NEW INDEX FOR EVALUATING EFFECTS OF CIRCUMFERENTIAL GROOVED CASING TREATMENT ON EXTENDING STABILITY

摘要: 在分析周向槽机匣处理扩稳装置结构的基础上, 采用三维粘性数值分析方法对带周向槽机匣处理的叶栅通道进行了计算, 获得一些有益的结果。首次提出用通过处理槽的气流流通量评估周向槽机匣处理的扩稳效果和扩稳能力, 分析讨论了处理装置的各种结构尺寸参数对扩稳效果的影响, 并得到大量实验结果的证实。为工程设计压气机机匣处理装置提供了理论依据。Abstract: Based on the analysis of structural features of the circumferential grooved casing treatment,3-D incompressible,steady,time averaged N-S equation,continuity and k-ε two equation turbulance model equations are successfully applied to the flowfield calculation in the cascade with the circumferential grooved casing treatment.The flux of the gas through the treatment groove is proposed as a new index which can quantitatively evaluate the effectiveness and the capability of extending stability by circumferential grooved casing treatment.The effects of structural parameters and treatment positions on the effectiveness of extending stability are analysed and discussed.The conclusions are proved by a great deal of testing results.The method and technique can be applied to analysis and design of the casing treatments in a compressor.
