橡胶O形密封圈的变形及应力分析

摘要: 建立了橡胶O形密封圈多边界有摩擦接触问题的接触模型, 同时还根据多维应力蠕变理论的基本原理建立了橡胶类材料的应力松驰模型。在此基础上, 采用已有文献给出的大应变问题有限元法, 计算了橡胶O形密封圈在工作状态下的变形及应力分布规律, 从而为可靠地设计橡胶O形密封圈提供了理论依据。Abstract: A model of multilateral frictional contact problem of two objects with far different stiffness was established.In addition,a stress relax model of rubber-like material was developed according to the poly-dimension stress creep theory.On the basis of the above models,the deformation and contact stress of the rubber O-ring was calculated by using a finite element method approaching large strain in ref..Some useful conclusions can serve as trustworthy principles for rubber O-ring design.
