热冲击条件下高热叶片的热疲劳对比试验方案研究
A COMPARATIVE TEST APPROACH FOR THERMAL FATIGUE LIFE OF HIGH-HEAT BLADE UNDER THERMAL SHOCK

摘要: 针对涡轮叶片的热冲击疲劳寿命实验,提出了一种新的对比实验方案和措施:将实验叶片和参照叶片组合在同一组试验叶栅上,并且在试验过程中定期对调两种叶片的安装位置。按照这一方法完成了一组相似材料的涡轮导向器叶片的对比试验。实验结果显示两种叶片表现出了几乎相同的热冲击疲劳寿命特性,并且裂纹的形态、分布区域以及生长历程也完全符合热疲劳裂纹的理论规律。Abstract: A new comparative test approach is provided for the thermal fatigue life experiments of turbine blade under thermal shock.The tested blades and reference blades were mounted in a common vane cascade.Moreover,the position of these two kind of blade will be swapped each other regularly during the experiment.A group of comparative tests has been completed by this way for turbine nozzle blades made from analogue materials .The test results show that the approach is reliable,and the test cost is cut down greatly.
