用整体传递矩阵法进行复杂转子机匣系统的应变能分析
ANALYSIS OF POTENTIAL ENERGY OF COMPLEX ROTOR-CASE SYSTEM BY USING WHOLE TRANSFER MATRIX METHOD

摘要: 提出了一种新的计算转子机匣系统动力特性的方法-整体传递矩阵法,并在此计算方法的基础上进行了系统应变能的计算和分析。整体传递矩阵法对于解决多转子(或机匣)相互耦合系统的问题有其独特的优点。通过分析系统应变能的分布情况可知转子的振动特性,从而确定如何采取减振措施。Abstract: An improved transfer matrix method-Whole Transfer Matrix method was applied to calculation of the critical speeds and vibration modes of a dual-rotor system with engine casing.Its potential energy distributions corresponding to each rotor critical speed and vibration mode are calculated and analyzed by this way.Whole Transfer Matrix method takes rotors and cases of the system as a whole body in transferring,the size of the freqency determinant is determined only by the number of rotors and cases,but free from the supports.This method is of great advantage for developing general computer program.The investigation indicated that the vibration level of the rotor system can be found from potential energy distribution.Thus the effective measures can be taken to depress the vibration.
