Abstract: This paper deals with the general structure,technical standards and main functions of the data acquisition and auto-programming test system for two turbojets on test bed.The closed-loop control methods for auto-testing the turbojets are considered in detail.The system has following advantages:(1)It not only has powerful functions,but also is fairly economical becaues of the double-decker arrangement of computer.(2)The auto-throttle system has fine dynamic performance and high position finding accuracy of the output throttle angle of the engine.(3)The adaptive controller is well-designed and all the control indexes of the closed-loop test for the qualified engine are improved in any climate condition.
